Yes, we do offer returns! If there’s something wrong with your order (Wrong Item or Damaged Item), you should contact us immediately! Please send pictures, order number, explanation of what happened to artist@ignattius.com / We encourage you to open your package immediately after it was delivered so we know it is a manufacturing or shipping issue, this way we'll be able to help you. Ignattius doesn’t offer returns for customer’s remorse or wrong sizes. After Delivery you should report any problem within 15 days, otherwise we will not be able to help you. We will manually review your case very carefully, expect to have a response in 1 - 5 business days. Thanks for understanding.

Refunds Policy

Yes, we do offer refunds! Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at artist@ignattius.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Ignattius doesn’t offer refunds for customer’s remorse or wrong sizes. After Delivery you should report any problem within 15 days, otherwise we will not be able to help you. We will manually review your case very carefully, expect to have a response in 1 - 5 business days. Thanks for understanding. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at, artist@ignattius.com . We will issue you a refund within 2 to 20 business days. It all depends on how fast our Payment System Provider deal with it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at artist@ignattius.com within 15 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


Do you offer Refunds for Digital Items and Gift Cards?

We only do offer refunds for Digital Items and Gift Cards if there is a download problem on our end and we couldn't solve that problem 2 weeks after your complaint. Please let us know if you got a problem with your download: artist@ignattius.com
